DATE/TIME = Date and time (UTC) that command was issued 
               ID = Argos transmitter identifier
              LAT = Argos computed Latitude
              LON = Argos computed Longitude
                C = Location Class
          MSGTIME = Day of Year and time (UTC) of most recent data collected
          LOCTIME = Day of Year and time (UTC) of most recent location
               IN = Compression index or number of identical messages received by on sat pass
          MESSAGE = transmitted message (up to 32 values of 32-bit hexidecimal)

If no data returned when ARGOS command sent, 
then the last message and position received is older than one month.
